Sure! We are based in Albany on the North Shore in Auckland, if you would like to collect your prize, please contact the Fundraising team fundraise@kidscan.org.nz to organise a pick up time. Don’t forget to bring your winning voucher as we cannot release your prize without this.

The last day for purchasing crackers is 27 December 2024. You have until the 31 January 2025 to claim your prize.

Winners have until midnight 31 January 2025 to claim their prizes, some prizes may have an earlier claim date, see winning prize voucher for details. Unfortunately, prizes claimed after the closing date cannot be redeemed.

All prizes claimed between 15 December 2024 and 15 January 2025, will be sent from 16 January 2025.

We will dispatch prizes as quickly as possible outside of office closure dates.

If you have won a $20 The Coffee Club gift card, The Coffee Club will post this out to you in the beginning of February.

You will be emailed an invoice and once you have made payment, we will dispatch your crackers.

In short, no. A donation qualifies for a tax deduction as it is an unconditional gift. Where you receive something in return (i.e. the cracker), the amount paid no longer becomes a donation. The purchasing of a Christmas Cracker is the right to enter a chance of winning a prize and does not constitute a donation, therefore unfortunately does not qualify for a tax deduction.
